Preforms

Electroloy’s preforms are extruded, stamped & compacted as well as formed using virgin solder alloys under strict tolerance control to customer specification. We process a variety of preform shapes & sizes such as U-shape, solder pill, washers, pellets, collars & sheets.

Special Solid profiles

Electroloy had developed a new way of extruding special Lead free alloy of different types of profile using specially designed machines.

We have successfully produced alloy of Sn/Zn, Sn/Ag/Sb and Sn/Bi for special application & pre-form application in Ribbon / Wire / Rectangular form.

Anti-Oxidant Additive AO-P100

Electroloy has developed an Anti-Oxidant Additive AO-P100. The product provides an economical and effective mean to minimize dross formation and solder usage. This Anti-Oxidant Additive will form a protective layer to prevent further oxidation from happening. It also inhibits further dross formation when used continuously on the solder pot.
