Solder Sheets

Our high solder sheets are made available in many standard alloys and sizes. Material can also be custom made to your unique material and dimensional requirements. Solder ribbon is supplied in continuous lengths and packaged on spools.

Our preforms are available in solid or fluxed varieties. Based on your application, the preform flux can be Water Soluble or No Clean flux chemistries. We also customize to your application needs, so call Electroloy for more details.

Special Solid profiles

Electroloy had developed a new way of extruding special Lead free alloy of different types of profile using specially designed machines.

We have successfully produced alloy of Sn/Zn, Sn/Ag/Sb and Sn/Bi for special application & pre-form application in Ribbon / Wire / Rectangular form.

Other hard to draw, non-ductile alloys like bearing alloys, indium and bismuth based fusible alloys can also be requested. Call Electroloy for more details.

Anti-Oxidant Additive AO-P100

Electroloy has developed an Anti-Oxidant Additive AO-P100. The product provides an economical and effective mean to minimize dross formation and solder usage. This Anti-Oxidant Additive will form a protective layer to prevent further oxidation from happening. It also inhibits further dross formation when used continuously on the solder pot. Solder Oil

EM#595 Solder Oil is non-ionic, non-corrosive, high working temperature and exhibit a very mild odour. Suitable for use in solder wave process. Our solder oil is also Halogen Free and RoHS Free.
